Rishik Nachappa

Rishik Nachappa

Drawing on a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance, and having studied across India, Singapore, Dubai, and Sydney, Rishik brings a strong international perspective and business awareness to the insolvency field. His global exposure has enhanced his ability to understand and engage with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, a valuable skill when working on matters involving people from all walks of life. Currently completing the Advanced Insolvency Certification with ARITA and intending to pursue the Chartered Accountants program thereafter, Rishik is committed to also developing a deep technical expertise, with a sound understanding of the Corporations Act. With over two and a half years of experience across a broad range of corporate insolvency appointments, Rishik has built strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to achieving commercial outcomes. Confident, empathetic, and an excellent communicator, he takes pride in working collaboratively to deliver effective results for all stakeholders involved.

Jacinta Chick

Jacinta Chick

With more than six years of experience assisting company directors and individuals with corporate and personal insolvency strategies, Jacinta is attuned to the challenges they face. Having also worked in-house across compliance, strategy, and financial control, she understands the pressures and responsibilities involved in running a business. She approaches each matter with empathy and professionalism, bringing structure into her day-to-day work. By being organised and process-driven, she ensures that matters progress efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

Jacinta holds a Bachelor of Business and is currently undertaking postgraduate studies with ARITA. Her formal education compliments her hands-on experience and enables her to provide practical and informed guidance to stakeholders.

JULIA SINCHUKOVSKA

JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

JULIA SINCHUKOVSKA

Drawing on a degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Manchester, Julia gained a strong grounding in financial and economic analysis, and an appreciation for the competing interests that shape financial outcomes. Prior to joining Balance Insolvency, Julia spent several years in client-facing roles in London, before moving to Australia where she worked directly with small business owners through a role with Square, developing a practical understanding of the financial pressures and day-to-day realities that directors face. It is this experience that drew her to insolvency, and the complexity and variety that each matter brings. Having grown up in London with Ukrainian heritage and recently relocated to Sydney, Julia is fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, bringing a broad perspective to the team that proves particularly valuable when working with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. Julia intends to undertake the ARITA course as a next step in her professional development.

JUSTIN FRONDA

A Finance and Marketing graduate of the University of Sydney, Justin brings a well-rounded commercial perspective to the insolvency field. Having relocated from Washington D.C. to pursue his studies, he has spent the last four years building his life and career in Sydney, an experience that has sharpened his ability to engage with people from all walks of life and adapt to new environments with ease.
Justin's interpersonal skills are a genuine strength, developed over years of customer-facing roles where clear communication, relationship-building, and a commitment to helping others were part of his everyday work. He takes pride in connecting with the people he works with and understands that insolvency matters are rarely straightforward for those involved, approaching each interaction with patience and professionalism.
Now beginning his career in insolvency, Justin is eager to grow as a professional and deepen his technical understanding of the field.
